1. What do I need to do to make a reservation?
   Complete the Application Form (download from site)
   Pay a holding deposit of $200.00 - we will issue a receipt and post to your postal address
   please note, you must provide a parent or guardian address & contact details or your application can not be accepted.
2. What do I need to pay before I move in?
   The bond is $600.
   Pay a holding deposit of $200.00 (this will be allocated to your rent or bond when your lease commences)
3. How many people will live at "Somervell"?
   5 students maximum
4. What rules and regulations apply?
   Standard tenancy regulations under the Residential Services Authority and Body Corporate by-laws. Please also refer to the Resident Handbook
5. What about the telephone?
   Each room has a separate phone/fax/ADSL line. You would need to arrange connection via Telstra or Optus.
6. High Speed Internet?
   High speed cable internet usage up to 20GB per month is included in rental
7. Where is the laundry?
   There is a separate internal laundry fitted with washing machine, dryer, laundry tub and ironing facilities.
8. Is there car parking available?
   Lock-up car parks are available
